So I haven't uploaded anything in a really long time D:
I know this doesn't look much different, but my Raichu plushie was bothering me. The neck was way too small for the body, so the head just flopped over all the time. The head wasn't even sewn on straight in the first place. I didn't like the way the ears looked, either. So when we had a day off from school, I ripped the ears off and re-did them, then ripped the head off, restuffed the neck, and sewed the head on straight. I'm happier with the results this time, but the stitching still bothers me XD Oh well, I guess it's not awful for my first time sewing anything.

It looks good. I am making one at the moment. And do not think that you were ment to stuff the ears. However it is good. Mine is driffent as I used different colours. 
Might go and make some dittos and maybe a litten soon. XD
